We have two types of standard designs of K series helical spiral bevel gear reducers.

K series includes 2-stage and 3-stage. It also have many installation methods and several kinds of output shafts, includes foot-mounted, flange-mounted, torque-arm-mounted and even short-flange-mounted. Output shafts are in forms of solid shaft with parallel key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, parallel key and involute spline. Input parts can be direct motor, input shaft and connection flange.
Specific custom models are available. Below is a personalized product for Pug mill.

K series always have 6 standard models, but specific custom is also available. There are many methods to install as BELOW.
Our helical spiral bevel gear reducer units have advantages of low energy consumption and excellent performance. Its efficiency could be over than 95%. K series also has small vibration, low noise and consists of high HRC face gears which finished with advanced heat treatment.
